Judy is the Economic Development Director and runs the CIE Incubator and SBDC programs. She holds a J.D. from the University of Paris X Law School and an LLM in International Tax Law at Golden Gate University.

Liz Fisher is the Project Manager in charge of all programming and events. She coordinates center staff, consultants and assists the director wherever is needed. She holds a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Idaho and has a strong background in hospitality and higher education administration.

Damon was born in England and raised in South Africa and moved to the USA 20 years ago.
